Tracey runs a first class service. The permit was lodged a few days before we settled on the house, and they started onsite the day after and completely finished within a week. A great team, very professional, great communication, and tidy. Although they weren't the cheapest quote I had, I couldn't fault them and would highly recommend GTS to anyone looking to restump their house.

Recently used the services of GTS Reblocking for the restumping at my property. Tracey was very efficient and informative of the process along the way. The team did a great job and cleaned up the area where the dirt was removed.

These guys did an amazing job of underpinning and levelling my very cracked brick veneer house. I had no idea what underpinning was, and they explained the process in an easy to understand way, would highly recommend them to anyone!

Brilliant company to deal with. From 1st quote with Tracey I knew I was in safe hands. She was very knowledgable and provided clear advice on the day. We have just purchased a house in Richmond which has signs of structural movement due to the reactive Richmond soil. Prior to getting Tracey from GTS ReBlocking into to quote to repair the house, we had a well known competitor into inspect the property and provide us with a quote to underpin and re-stump the front of the house. Their quote came to circa $10K.Tracey was very thorough, even climbing through a small hole in the floor and she went under the house to inspect the substructure, unlike her competitor. Tracey informed us after her inspection that our house didn't need either underpinning or re-stumping, as our house has brick piers that obviously don't rot.She informed us that our house needs to have the edge supporting replaced and the floor boards reinstated.Got to love Tracey's honesty and professional advice.I would certainly recommend GTS Reblocking.
