Very impressed with my bike, but l felt a lot of post purchase details weren't clearly explained, but l would still will buy my next bike from here in the future from here. (Update) l had my bike serviced elsewhere in the past and that was my mistake, just beenserviced and pickuped today and was very happy with the experience..

Never had a good experience here except when showing interest in buying a bike. They couldn't diagnose a simple electrical fault on two separate occasions and today I went in for spare parts, just to be ignored and then have the staff let someone walk straight in front of me. I walked out, probably totally unnoticed and I won't be wasting my time here again.

I've had both my Suzuki bandit and Ducati sport classic serviced here for many years and they've earned my trust. Like every business they don’t always get it right but I was blown away by their response. A simple pinched bladder on a brake reservoir caused a leak, lifting paint on my fairing. No dodgy excuses or deflecting. The problem was identified, admitted and a whole new fairing ordered and fitted. More than I could have hoped for. Lee also identified a current model Ducati had identical parts substantially cheaper than what Ducati wanted for my sport classic. Saved me hundreds. It is a pleasure to see regular faces when getting your bike serviced, not like another Ducati dealer where it was always someone different at the front desk. That’s why I keep coming back. Well done guys.

Overall a great experience at this store, had a few dramas with servicing, however after being put in contact with Anthony the GM, we were able to discuss the issues further and come to a great end result. Very happy with Anthony’s swift replies and professional and helpful attitude. Will return for future work and servicing.

I have brought 2 bikes from here and have been serviceing bikes here for over 12yrs,i wouldnt go any where else,my mates also go here now for services and bike purchases after bad experiences at other places,i 100% recommend this place to everyone.
