I loved being invited into Lorena's lovely space. It was so helpful to see the items up close and see how they fit. Lorena is so friendly and the Velvety show room is well set up and a pleasure to visit. I stocked up on winter jumpers, a shampoo bar and my favourite deodorant.

I highly recommend booking a time at their showroom, it has most of their clothing range (except some made-to-order items) and other things such as bags and accessories to browse. I went with a friend and we were able to take our time and try on as many things as we liked. I actually found it quite helpful since some of the pieces have a tailored fit. Lorena made us feel very at home and helped us out with suggestions, sizes etc but otherwise let us browse and chill. Will go back again when I need to spoil myself!

Time to shop ethically - this is the place! I have bought quite a few items now from Velvety and would highly recommend the products, as well as the experience. Shopping online has never been great for me, and clothing is a tough one (sizing, fit, etc.) I have had to exchange a few pieces with Velvety and the service has been excellent! Super quick, very professional and with a personal touch that makes me want to keep coming back. I can't recommend Velvety enough! Thanks team!
