Very competitive pharmaceutical pricing, which is very hard to find! I go there for certain items which are 30-40% less than Anywhere else.I have never experienced delays. And even if I did 1 or 2 times out of 10, I would be happy to wait.I don't know why everyone expects so much from a chemist, it is not a supermarket!!! Grow up, and learn to be patient.As for rudeness, well if you write messages like some of those here then I would image you deserve it, or display a face which brings it on.

Absolutely awful customer service. The first couple of times it was okay, but since then you stand there and wait while staff walk past you. They keep your scripts on file but don't tell you it's the last repeat so you just run out without warning. Ethically how can you do that when people rely on medication!? Do not shop here!

Appalling customer service.My third time using this pharmacy for compounding.Emailed my scripts last week and asked for confirmation that cost would be the same as previous compounding collected 2 months prior- email response was a clear 'YES' from John.Went to collect today only to find that the cost had increased from the previous $30/ script to $55/script for exact same compounding. I expressed my disappointment at the misleading communication. I was effectively lied to.No accountability for being provided misleading information by a member of staff. Feel particularly ripped off!

Wish delivered a parcel here and I took my phone with the pickup information, all I had to do according to the insructions was give my name and a code number. When I went the the person behind the counter refused to give it to me with out ID. I didnt have any, i walked hope to get the ID and printed out the email, I went back asd asked them to show me where on the email it says anything about ID, the woman behind the counter was obnoxious so I lost my temper and gave her a mouthfull. They called the police, I left my address so the police could come to my house. This is a result of rubbish service

My Chemist of choice in this area. Fast friendly staff. I'm usually in n out in cpl mins which is rare nowadays. I know ppl who go here because they treat everyone the same... nicely 10/10
