Ros Niyom Thai Restaurant and Bar (Kirrawee)
First time diners, best Thai I’ve had! I came for dinner last night with my three boys and wife. We ordered the Betel leaf prawn, pad Thai with soft shell crab, pad see ew, beef massaman curry, crying tiger, pineapple rice and Chinese broccoli. I was surprised at how amazing the food was and best service we’ve experienced as a family in a long time. Staff were so accommodating, smiled often and service was quick. I don’t remember being impressed with any Thai restaurant in the past 5 years, but we’ve just found our new regular in the shire. Must try!!!

We ordered takeaway for pick up at the restaurant. Where to begin. As we are new to the area we looked at where we needed to pick up and first of all the location on Google is incorrect. This place is actually inside the South Village shopping mall. We had to call the shop to get directions as we were wandering around near the Highway and surrounds for a while. We ordered Pad Thai, Green Curry and Rice. A little pricey for takeaway and food unfortunately was very very ordinary. Pad thai was very dry and almost tasted old - like it had been kept from lunch time or something. The flavours were also quite mild and bland. Curry was a little better but again lacked flavour. Unsure if we were just unlucky or the quality for takeaway varies as it seems there are many rave reviews. It's a shame this wasn't better as we frequent this shopping centre.

This was a lovely authentic Thai meal.Personally I prefer my lamb skewer to be more tender and I prefer the meat in my red Curry to be more tender but the flavours, textures and overall experience were really good.

Up there with the best Thai I’ve ever had! We dined in and got the massaman beef, duck red curry, prawn dumplings and duck spring roll - all of them were so delicious. A tad on the expensive side but very worth it for the quality. Excited to go back!

This used to be our favourite Thai place in the Shire. Unfortunately after the new owners took over, we’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of the food. Less protein, hardly any veggies, it has just been mostly rice with very little colour that we had been used to. The flavour was also quite flat. We also recently were charged $7 for table water which is just ridiculous. The service is still friendly and the decor is nice. We now just go to Miranda instead.

The food tastes as good as the photos look! The prawn dumplings are the best I’ve tasted and yes this place rocks!!!

The food was good but we ordered a jar of Long Island tea which is quite light and too much ice. Food is very good price but alcohol is too expensive for its texture. Service was good. Many staff at the restaurant.
