Metal stairway to top platform provides great views of Port Lincoln shoreline.This 1850s Flour mill that for some reason remained unfinished for over 100 years became a museum in the 1960s, and is now a State Heritage site.

The stairs and railings are perfectly safe but could visually display this better. Too many people were too frightened to climb it. There are better views without the climb on top of Winter Hill, the big hill overlooking the city, near the communications and monitoring towers.
