The owner of this business is utterly arrogant and unpleasant, hard to believe he is still in business! He clearly has no self respect and no respect for anyone else. I cancelled my business I discussed with him, one can not deal with this man. I will never support this business!!!

Bought a 2nd hand washing machine and fridge freezer from John.Very reasonably priced. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Can't recommend this business more highly.Will definitely go back for more stuff.

Dealing with the owner of this business has been one of the most unpleasant, distasteful experiences of my life. From the moment he arrived at the house to collect the furniture he had purchased, I found him extremely arrogant, rude and unpleasant, I would never deal with Jax Furniture again nor would I recommend them in any way to anyone

Some of the stock in this second hand furniture shop is decent. We purchased a cupboard and paid for delivery which was to occur on Monday at 11am. When they hadn't arrived by 12.30pm we called only to be told it would be Wednesday now. Come Wednesday, no show again. He now said he wouldn't deliver it to us because it was too far. 15km in total... We had to find someone else to collect it and deliver it. The person who we dealt with was very rude, unprofessional, unreliable and we would never shop there again.

Don't let this arrogant person near your house to remove white goods. Ruined a good kitchen floor covering by just dragging it about a meter before using a trolley. He then told me it must have happened when the fridge was delivered. Didn't give a rats. Shouldn't be in businesses. Stay away.

Owner was wonderful to deal with. I needed a fridge badly after moving here from the South Coast of NSW. (6 days with no fridge and 3 kids) He was very informative and helpful. I also was able to get it delivered to Toogoom.Highly recommend. I would shop there again!
