Lefand

This is Joshua currently living in the apartment Vivid Wollongong, a building with quietness and comfort managed by the Lefand Group. I am writing to review their kindness and professional work in dealing with the COVID viruses.Since the start of the most recent wave of outbreak in late June 2021, there were multiple positive cases found living in this building, which really makes me and my neighbours panic. However, the response from our building manager, Mark Biermann, is just relieving. Each time I send emails to enquire the situation of the cases and the solutions might be taken to deal with it, he is always responsive and helpful. Until today, Jan. 14th 2022, the building is undergoing a daily cleaning and sanitising, and there is always refilled hand sanitiser close to the elevator in the building. Warnings of social distances and wearing masks are usually received if anyone tends to be overrelaxed.All these behaviours from Mark and the company are the best I can think they can do to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the residents in this building, which requires continuous work and patience indeed. I would like to say thank you to them representing the residents here, as we are generally safe under their big umbrella and feel safe living in this building.

LeFand has been 'managing' (term used loosely) our building for circa 7 months and in that time, 2 arms of LeFand have gone into administration though the residential arm is still operating, for now. When LeFand sat in our first Annual Strata Meeting held August 2022, pitching for the management rights for this building, LeFand Senior Managers were no doubt very aware 2 arms of the business were about to dissolve and while LeFand insist that this did / does not impact the relationship with our building, it still reads as pretty underhanded on their part as they landed a 3 year contract with us. Our Senior Property Manager seems more focused on making excuses than finding solutions and in a very short time, the engagement level has dwindled. I hope it changes - and when it does, this review will change; but in the event it doesn't, does anyone have any Property Manager suggestions?

Elizabeth DeGaetano has been our building manager for the last year. She has been very proactive in finding and addressing issues before they affect tenants and require reporting. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has been very kind, polite, receptive and attentive in all of our dealings.Based on my experiences with Elizabeth I would highly recommend Lefand group.

If I could rate this building management it would be a 0. Rude, lazy, difficult to deal with, claiming that we are making false claims" due to their pure negligence of the building. I've lived in Sydney for 7 years now

Dominic Bayndrian was the best building manager we have ever had at George St Leichhardt!In what would be a stressful position, Dominic was always quick to respond to any maintenance issues and dealt with all the day to day issues of running an apartment building in a very efficient manner - and still managed to smile!His professionalism is admirable and he will be an asset in his next building management position; our loss will be their gain.

Dominic has been the building manager at oasis for over 6 months now, in the time that he's been here, he has been able to attend to all my requests on the same day.He's not just an order taker though, he's proactive and contacts me directly if there's any suggestions or improvements to be made.His attention to detail is at a high level and has excellent communication with not just myself, but other residents also.Very happy with the service Dominic has brought to Oasis.

The team at Lefand are nothing short of amazing. Efficient management systems, caring and dedicated staff members who provide around-the-clock support and in depth knowledge to assist all stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of your buildings. Best Building Managers I have ever come across by far!! :DA special shout out to Dominic, Stacey Jasmin and Alex for always going above and beyond their roles and making every experience a positive one!

Our building manager Dominic is a responsive and friendly individual. Recently we had cause to get Dominic's assistance in removing an illegally parked car in our dual car spot. His activity around our building is always directed at giving the tenants/owners a clean and safe environment. Thanks Dominic.

Dominic Bayndrian of Lefand has been the building manager at Oasis Leichhardt for almost one year now.During this time Dominic has always responded quickly to any issues raised, he is proactive with maintenance issues and will often make suggestions on how to improve the overall upkeep and appearance of the complex. As well as cost saving suggestions.Dominic is very approachable and effortlessly attends to the needs of the complex and its residents. There has been a noticeable difference to the complex since Dominic started!

Dominic Bayndrian is a star! The best Building Manager by far. Always responsive, always efficient & always empathetic in every facet of his role. Lefand certainly have an extremely valuable employee in Dominic.
