PC Case Gear
Computer arrived with poorly assembled rear panel which resulted in a curved motherboard and required correcting before anything could be plugged into the appropriate sockets. Warranty return for inspection was offered after contacting and informing PC CG but I am not able to spare it now that it has been set up and now being used. I am disappointed that it was not checked after assembly. The possibility of the fault occurring during transport, as suggested, seemed unlikely due to the nature of the fault and the adequate packaging. I now have to cross my fingers that it works reliably for the future.

All items are always packaged with rough couriers in mind and as such I've never had breakages of any sort. I'm always very happy with the pricing and the turnaround time is always great. I have been buying parts for years from PCCG and I would recommend them to anyone whole heartedly. Keep up the great work guys and don't change a thing. You're the best!

This is my first PCCG build & I find myself very impressed with it all, Excellent customer service! & at very competitive prices, since buying this pc I have added 16gig more ram so now a comfy 32gigs & the 2, 1TB SSDs bought from pccg & I am VERY HAPPY with this system & will be sure to ONLY buy from them in the future, I'm 1 very satisfied customer :) 5Stars all the way.

Product range is awesome.But ... If you pay for express post, don't expect it to arrive any time soon.And if you seek confirmation or information in regards to why postage is taking longer than expected, they will typically blame Australia Post. Yet a parcel I ordered from same state, on the same day, roughly same time, arrived 4 days sooner.Not happy.

I had forgotten that my account was still under my old address when I order a large bulky item. The issue was addressed in an extremely timely manner and item was received even earlier than expected. Customer service was prompt and very courteous. The item needed to be put together and the instructions were very clear and precise.

Was looking for the New Phanteks D30 fans & NV7 case.. Came across this shop.. was surprised coz I’ve never heard of this shop & usually order pc parts from other well known shops, yet was shocked PC case Gear have competitive prices for the best & relatively new and relevant parts for serious PC builders & PC enthusiasts.. they had my parts I was looking for which was no where to be found in Australia. 100% recommend & will be shopping here again. Satisfied customer.
