Experience was top notch. Pricing was great and cut was also on point. Barbers are very nice as well.Will be coming here often and would definitely recommend.

Finally, a barber in Parramatta that takes care and pride in his craft. I’m terrible at explaining hair requirements to Sam, but he knew what I wanted and communicated before he started cutting off hair. He took his time. Perfect cut. Will be going to Sam regularly.

Honestly one of the worst haircut experiences of my life. I thought I'd give these guys a second chance despite my first haircut from them a year prior receiving horrid feedback from friends.I went to the older gentleman this second time, and in honesty the haircut and beard trim were fine. I wanted a 0 buzz cut and a bear clean up so nothing too techical. (so they deserve the 1 start at least)However when it came time to pay, I wanted to pay by card. They didn't have an eftpos machine or it was broken...I'm not sure but he asked for cash. I responded that I don't have any cash on me at present but will need to go and do cashout. As I was letting him know that I need to go to the bank across the road for cashout he proceeded to lock the door and become irate, the whole situation was really dramatic...intense...and unnecessary. The owner and his daughter began harassing me and screaming as loud as they could. She even pulled out her phone and began recording me whilst they were both screaming. I was trapped inside their store as he locked the door...the whole situation was unlike any other and because of this experience i avoid that part of Parramatta now.I look back now and think that perhaps it was all just as a result of a miscommunication and they did not understand that I was intending to leave so I could return with cash for their service. I even offerred to leave my license at their store but instead i was met with hostility, and rage. the whole thing was super humilating and no one should ever be treated that way.
