Decathlon Knoxfield

Pretty good, but not a good range of sport shoes. Couldn't get Badminton or Tennis shoes. Seems to be only Sale stuff. Not a good variety at all. Also, no Pickleball equipment. Disappointing.

Love this place. Motivated, thoughtful staff. Good quality long lasting and cheap merchandise. Lots of equipment to trial out we often wander in for a bit of fun with the kids and come out with some sparkling new interesting piece of kit. Soccer cage around the side over of our favorites

Hats off to Luke, your customer service was exceptional. Firstly taking our phone call then following up on an online order we had not received then calling us back with an honest update and a solution was very much appreciated. Having emailed online orders a week ago receiving no response we randomly chose a store to call and thankfully Luke answered who went above and beyond, thanks so much Luke.

This is a review of a product than the shop itself - which is a good place and staff are nice. But the decathlon branded shuttlecock sets are awful - I paid more than what I normally pay for these at the courts, thinking they'd be better, but no, they don't last a single game - almost like they are some old batch of shuttlecocks? See attached pics.

I’ve searched a lot of places for affordable travel clothes and backpacks and keep finding that Decathalon has the most affordable, quality stuff! Staff were helpful, too. Clean store with lots of options!

Great range of products for a family who love to be outdoors. Always well stocked with sizes, the store is neat and tidy and plenty of display equipment to try out in store. The kids love coming here. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have been served by Mark before who was very helpful to get us everything that we needed.

Always love hanging out here. You can try all the things here before buying and staffs are always smiling and ready to help.

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a huge range of products for all types of sports, as well as camping and fishing gear. Awesome range of sports clothing and footwear, all at very competitive prices.

Went to buy a bike after seeing a banner stating 50% off all bikes in store only for the weekend. Was told that the bike I wanted to buy wasn't included in the sale as it already had ~5% off and the sale was for full priced items only (even though the banner on the website didn't say anything like that). I enquired if I can get it for the discount after full price, but was told it's not possible. Overall a bad experience and waste of time.They talk about customer service and customer experience all the time but when the time comes to deliver, the goal posts shift.-------------PS: Hi Lewis, yes I am still interested.
