I lived in Forest lake in 2013 I was walking my dog around the Lake parkland almost every evening.9 years later I came back from Melbourne to the Lake with my wife and newborn to show them this beautiful lake.There are public toilets available on site and parkings plus playground area

A great spot for a walk, a picnic or to just read a book. The lake has multiple car park points of entry and it is well connected to pathways to other parts of the area. The council work well to improve the waterways and upkeep of the lake and surrounds. There are toilets, playground and ample seating around. Well worth a visit, it can get busy on weekends!

No rest rooms lake is very unmaintained and the foot paths definitely dog friendly kids playgrounds are ok not the best picnic areas are getting there

Clean, wide walkways, plenty of seating with views if the lake, suitable for all ages, beautiful parkland and children's playground with great assortment for children/parents to choose from.

A nice place for a walk and to grab a nature photo but the lake itself is always in different stages of water weed or algae infestation. Hopefully one day the council will be able to get on top of it.

Lovely place to stroll around with the family. There are a few play grounds in the area for the kids. Path is shared for walkers and cyclist. Pretty chill place.There is free live music every first and forth Sunday of each month from 3pm to 6pm. What a great way to unwind.

Nice park for walk .nice walking track along the lake with beautiful views.public toilets are also there... there is coffee shop in a half way of walking track.fitness area ,play area for kids and you can find and see so many ducks ,birds and turtles.Dogs are allowed for a walk .

The Lake Parklands
A well maintained park with picnic area, walking track, picnic area and kids play area. Really pleasant to spend the evening and go for a walk. Watch your kids as the lake doesn't have any railings, so they can fall if not careful. The play area is big and kids will love it.
