If you are looking for a freight company do yourself a favor and keep looking. I was stung by these guys who said they did a job when it was not done. They were supposed to pick up freight from the docks by a certain date (on a Friday), it was discussed and made clear that they had to pick it up otherwise we'd incur high fees and if they couldn't to let us know ASAP so we could make other arrangements. Monday rolled around and the goods weren't collected. TJS said the driver went on Friday but they were told they couldn't collect the goods. When I asked for proof of attempted pickup they said their truck with GPS was off the road" and the driver had thrown out corresponding paperwork. I suggested another way to find proof that TJS had attempted pick up that we could show the dock and asked for the licence plate number of the truck so the holding yard could view their cameras - to this i received an abrupt phone call saying they weren't in the wrong and to find another company to pick up the pallets. And then they hung up without even a chance to discuss and resolve the matter. If the goods had attempted to have been collected

Paul is good driver always on time

I never even heard about this company till yesterday and I was even a bit concerned while approaching the airport, if everything will be ok with my trip from Melbourne to Canberra. However, when I reached the counter, these guys took care of me in amaizing manner. They did everything for me and even privided a detailed instruction how to reach my gate - which I didn't really need but that's beyond the point. Overall impression - I never received such a great customer service at the airport. Way to go guys...

Hope you don't want it urgent or them to contact you that there is a hold up...11days for a 2hr drive...oh we don't have enough staff...employ more or don't accept more jobs than you can handle...would give 0 stars if I could.

Brilliant service. It was so easy to arrange pickup of a crate of floorboards from Sydney to Canberra. Everyone in the office and the delivery driver were extremely helpful and friendly.
