Merino Motor Inn - St George
This was the best room we experienced in outback Qld. Was a few extra dollars but we'll worth it. Well insulated brick walls, modern and user friendly bathroom and comfy beds and linen and good free WiFi. Can't really ask for more than that now?St George is an attractive town too.

We had a 2 night stay this weekend. One of the best motels we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, extremely clean and great size bathroom. Easy parking and lovely hosts. Would highly recommend

Great motel, near the river walk too. Staff was very friendly when we arrived early. Restaurant food was delicious, this is why I love the West!

Great spot to stay. Clean and tidy room and a good location. The food was delicious in the restaurant and would definitely recommend the Lamb Cutlets

Merino Motor Inn - St George
I stayed in a superior queen room for 1 night while passing through St George. The room was spacious, clean and had the expected amenities. The restaurant was closed unfortunately but the room service was decent. You get a lot of delicious hot and seasoned chips for $9. The pool area would be lovely to use in Summer. The location is great and is just a short stroll down to the river. I would recommend the Merino Motor Inn to anyone looking for a great, decently priced place to stay for a night or several.

Merino Motor Inn - St George
A lovely motel. Rooms good, service is prompt and friendly. Good restaurant and food. Lots of room to park the car. St George is a nice town, especially the river walk.
