Bought a set of side steps for my 2020 Mitsibishi Triton, 7-10 working days shipping turned into a month. The package finally arrived in a plain box, I installed the side steps as shown and they looked fine but after one drive I realised they weren't right as they were slighty catching on my wheel. This was my first time installing side steps so I looked online and realised they had sent me the wrong ones, these were too long and was going past the rear mud guard which those in the photos were not doing. I took photos and then immediately removed them and sent a photo to equipe to request the correct set be exchanged. Was just told that there is nothing they will do about it as I drove with them on and he could see mud on them (which I offered to clean off), it should have been common sense that they were incorrect (although there is no writing on the box and no photo to show they should look once they're on). Super disappointed with this company and wouldn't recommend to anybody.
