Hidden fees, impossible to get a hold of anyone to solve problems, poor customer service, sales team, front desk staff and management blatantly lie to get more money out of you (which is short-sighted of them). If you want to get more of your customers' money, then just treat us well, don't lie and don't cheat us.

I wish i knew about this ages ago! The place is amazing, huge range of equipment and well kept. The instructors are fantastic and welcoming to new-comers and willing to cater for individuals needs. The different classes mean you can focus on one area or do a bit of everything. the GO gym is connected downstairs and it's the best gym in the area.

Head office communication and assistance is incredibly unprofessional and slow. Classes are only prioritised for those who can either attend 5am in the mornings or want to wrestle in the evenings. Set up makes zero sense.

Had training in there for a month. Have to stop. Since within a month. We learned nothing. Every day one hour driving and 1 hour and half training. So rubbish. Nobody will teach you for the first learner for the BJJ class You just follow them and they use you as a tool. Waist time and money. The only thing they care is push you to sign the contact and asking you the money. Do not recommend body. I have trained Eastside boxing. They are so good. Very different and no contract. Trust me this is not a good place to go. Not nice people and couch.
