I rang to enquire about a small job and spoke to a woman. After she explained the procedure, I questioned her by (politely) responding, this procedure seems very complicated for a small request". Her response was

I contacted Pacific BCQ for help to resolve a difficult situation that I was left in by a builder. I spoke with Karen, she was very knowledgeable and helpful she went above and beyond in helping me to resolve my issues so I highly recommend this company.

Excellent small business with good morals and fast response to any questions or queries.The below two comments seemly unfair from possible disgruntled customer who probably didn’t get the outcome/ certification they wanted.Karen is very good at providing a fast service and Don gets the job done professionally and quickly.We used pacific BCQ in my family’s recent build.

If there was an option for 0 stars, this company would get it. I called and politely was requesting some information to which I was met by an EXTREMELY rude and arrogant lady by the name of Karen. She would not help me whatsoever, she was just yelling down the phone about how I need to learn how to fill out a form" and telling me to go elsewhere. I then asked a further question which was met with an audible sigh and a dead phone. She hung up on me mid sentence... Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Steer well clear of this mob!"

Pacific BCQ were engaged for the certification of our new home. They were thorough and went above and beyond to help my wife and I who did not know anything about the building industry. Karen was genuine, answered all of my questions and helped more than I would have expected with both small queries and the completion of documentation. Would recommend time and time again. This family owned and operated business is dedicated to quality service and in ensuring the little people are always looked after.

A client, very charming lady from Brisbane contacted my office on the Sunshine Coast to obtain a quote to rebuild her bathroom/WC in Caloundra.I own a construction company and hold a builder licence Low Rise Certification 2 up to $800,000 and Builder Restricted Kitchens-Bathrooms-Laundry Installation to rebuild and waterproofing for multi story home units from 3rd floor upwards and company licence Category 1-$8001 to $3,000,000My client mentioned to me she engaged a drafting company and certifier Pacific BCQ For her bathroom reno.My admin lady contacted Pacific BCQ and spoke to a lady maned Karen to discuss my licence ability to rebuild the above, because in an email from BCQ to my office and the client, saying my business DOES NOT CONTAIN A QBCC LICENSE ACCREDITED PERSON. My admin asked questions why Pacific BCQ said to our client I was not licensed to perform the bathroom reno. My admin asked why? Then Karen said she wasn't wasting any more time with us and abruptly hung up the phone.My admin then contacted QBCC
