Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.We got them engaged for purchasing a house based on a recommendation and their excellent google reviews. Our purchase was very straight forward and we were dealing with lovely sellers and selling agents, the only headache in the process was dealing with this firm. During the process, we contacted them regarding their strange behaviour but everything got worse. We provided a detailed feedback supported with evidence after the house was settled, one of the directors left a voice message on my mobile saying that she is sorry and would like to discuss the case, I called back twice and left two messages but never heard back.It’s a long story but some of the major issues are:- allocating a junior staff to our case with -very unprofessional attitude and limited knowledge.- Using very rude language ( when we were actually paying them to provide advise).-clearly mentioning that they won’t put their verbal advise in writing because they don’t want to take responsibility for the outcome.For example when we asked what happens if the sellers don’t provide the document that the settlement is conditional on providing that? Their answer was: we can’t say now, it depends on the situation!!!I don’t understand if everything is so unpredictable then what is the point of contract and legal advise?I would have given them negative stars if I could.

All staff were highly professional and friendly .I found that they were very prompt with all my dealings and at all times very understanding and fair .I would actually rate them as the best Law Firm I have ever dealt with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services
