Peter came within a couple of hours after my call. He was very friendly and courteous and discovered the problem with the freezer section immediately. He explained what was wrong and as he had the right part it was fixed very efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

I found Peter on Google as he had a mobile number to call rather than the 1300 numbers. He answered straight away, was polite and said he could do the call out the very next day, as I requested.This call out was for my Brother who has a disability so I asked Peter to call before he came the next day.He phoned to say he was on his way and was within the time quoted, so exciting to have such good service.He phone me with the full cost so I could give him the go ahead to do the job.I paid by credit card over the phone with no issues.I would recommend Peter to anyone who is in the need of a genuine tradesman who is good at his profession and is courteous, punctual and has SERVICE written all over him.So refreshing to have someone give you SERVICE with a smile these days!!!

Phoned to ascertain whether this problem was repairable just before buying a new fridge. He suggested it was and gave a 2 hr time frame on same day. Arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave x3 options and his own recommendation which I opted for in light of his professional ànd abundant skill. Would always contact with any whitegood problems and heartily recommend to anyone.

Very prompt and great communication. Peter not only answered his phone within 3 rings, but wasn't scared of the brand of refrigerator and called us with plenty of notice on approach. He stocked the parts we needed in his van & fixed our fridge the same day. Great service, highly recommended.

Friendly, honest, helpful and great service. I phoned this company to see if they also fixed washing machines. After gathering some information from me on the issue, he said he would have a look into the error message I was receiving and call me back when he finished the job he was working on. He called me back 20 mins later to let me know it would be best to buy a new machine because the cost of fixing it would be 2/3 of the cost of a new machine. I think that’s great and honest service as he could have easily took advantage of the situation. He also recommended some machines to me which was helpful. I will definitely contact him should I need fridge or machine machine repairs in the future.
