Bulls Head Picnic Area
A nice grassy picnic spot with several tables and toilets. As at high altitude its a good spot to escape the summer heat, and you can return in winter to see snow here.

Sssshhhh don't tell everyone! In winter you need to feel comfortable with your family, there is a great shelter with two wood fire barbecues and tables. It's a terrific spot for a family picnic in Summer and Winter

A toilet block, picnic tables and some fire pits. It's a nice spot to stop.

There is about 4 or 5 fire pits and picnic tables. There is a toilet. Up the end of the grassy area is an open stone shelter which could shelter a fairly large group. Inside the shelter is two fire places. The grassed area is large enough to kick the footy etc. The dirt roads leading to the area are very tame and easily doable in a 2WD car.

Great out of the way, well maintained location with firepits, picnic tables, shelter and toilets. Remember to bring your own water for drinking though and be prepared for a dusty drive.
