DO NOT RECOMMEND.Late by 2 hours to our event. We had guests arriving when she decided to show. As the balloons were our main backdrop nothing else could have been done until the balloons were finished. The end display was ALL RUINED thanks to Quirky Balloons, as it was all rushed, as our food was coming out.No communication - didn’t answer calls or messages.

Quirky balloons is the most amazing balloon service with stunning arrangement. Always so sweet, professional and helpful. I would say they are definitely the best in the business. So so happy and highly recommend them

Product design was nice but didn't deliver on time. Requested 9am to 12pm delivery window, arrived at 2pm. Worse part is poor communication, she said it will arrive before 12pm but then she stopped replying after 1230pm when it didn't arrive. Service wasn't great but to be fair the products and designs were good.

Quirky Balloons need to be more courteous to potential customers wanting to use their service. They lack customer service etiquette ….example of this; the one and only email they sent to me inferred they would take my order even giving me suggestions with balloon designs and sharing pics….. I sent an email to double check if they are still going ahead with my order, they couldn’t be bothered to reply!! Thank goodness there are actually other reliable Balloon Suppliers! If this was my first time using a balloon supplier I wouldn’t trust anyone and just stick to BigW Party Balloons.

Great service, and so easy to deal with. We've used them for our daughter's bday every year since we found them 5 years ago; Can always rely on them to come through with great unique designs. The balloons usually lasts for ages too.

Used her once, loved the ballons, but they were delivered late. Second time round, thought I would give her another chance, she didn't even respond to my email, even after I tried to follow her up. Do not recommend!

Absolutely so disappointed. The date to my event was reserved and booked.. we were going to have balloons for my daughter’s birthday party…I was told that the date was secured and we would finalise details closer to the date. The day of the event came and it was a “no show”and absoluyely no communication!! To make matters worse, I saw pictures from another event on that same day on their Insta story! Pathetic! I would really have appreciated either a decline or a cancellation, at least I could’ve organised for someone else.. Instead, no balloons, and a sour taste for Quirky Balloons (who sadly do such beautiful things)..Big thumbs down,Fiona
