Went out of the way to research and source a specific axe handle from the distributor outside of their normal stocked lines, and shipped it super fast at a really economical price. One of the best after sales service from Dom and the team at Tom's outdoors. Ordered a product and it didnt come as specified on the description or packaging. Was dissapointed and felt duped after spending quite a bit of money. Dom said the manufacturer will be making the part that I was expecting in the package later in the year and can ship that specific part to me free of charge. There's an automated shipping that is set up for when they receive the product. Really turned my experience from negative to positive. Will be shopping here again after the exceptional after sales customer service. A rarerity on this day and age. Customer service like this comes from top down. Haven't shopped in their physical store, but very pleased after purchasing online with these guys. Great range of products, fast shipping, well packaged with a thank you note inside and the best part is their rewards program which gives you points/money towards future purchases. Definitely recommend and will buy from here again.

Great place for our door gear with friendly and helpful staff.Plenty of gear from LED head lamps to clothing to back packs, camping gear and more.Check out those websites also.Plenty of parking out the front and along the street.
