Colonial Resort Noosa
In 2016 we fell upon colonial by chance as they had a beautiful apartment for an absolute steal at Christmas time. So glad we did as we have been coming ever since. We are never disappointed, the children love it when we go to Noosa and they get to go in the “bubbly pool”. Thank you to Kathie and Malcolm for their wonderful hospitality and beautiful resort. We. Just. Love. It! 100% (and more) recommend. We will be back again next year!!

Fantastic location, large family size apartments, secure parking and friendly on-site management. Easy access to wide variety of cafes and opportunities to sunset drinks overlooking the river.

Such a beautiful location and such friendly staff! Kathy accommodated us so quickly when our flights were changed and made sure we were comfortable! Would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Noosa!It is also within walking distance of almost everything so very easy to get around for those travelling without cars!

Beautiful River front room was spotlessly clean and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were so relaxing and the restaurants, hairdresser, massages right below. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Apt 11 was fabulous. Very clean with beautiful furniture and nicely decorated throughout. A cosy home away from home. We will definitely return to enjoy the sunset drinks on the river which is just a short stroll away.

Nicely set amongst Gympie Tce in Noosaville this place has a lovely feel. Nice pool and bbq area and very secure. Good parking for residents and guests. It's a shame the resident Thai restaurants is no longer there as their food was wonderful but still many restaurants to explore and the lovely Noosa River to walk along it picnic. Usually something happening on the river and a great walk for the family and dogs.

We've stayed here a few times over many years and always enjoyed it. Great view across the river from the front apartments and it is very convenient for all the bars, restaurants and cafes along Gympie Terrace. Sit by the pool and spa or out by the river, both are lovely and easy places to entertain kids. Boat hire right across the road, the river front park to walk through or endless spots to just sit and watch people and wildlife go by.

Well run and maintained. Great pool. Great view from Riverview apartment.Close to restaurants. We have stayed there quite a few times now and have booked again.
