4.3 - Casual Eatery, Very Popular. I enjoyed the Eggplant Dip and Bread, as well as the Berry rice. Not too keen on the lamb backstrap though as I imagined it would be softer! Would love to try other types. I liked the interesting tomato but the Berry rice was definitely the highlight for me. Good Value meals and Customers seem very happy and content. A lot of people were ordering a drinking yoghurt although I didn't try this time.

The first time I have had Persian food and it was delicious. The lamb and chicken dishes were succulent and a delight to eat. And the rice, mixed with butter (I have never had that before), was wonderful. The poor waitress was run off her feet with the customers that just kept coming into the restaurant. That probably explains why the food took a bit of time to be served, but the wait was well worth it.

Never ordering from here again. I used to always come eat here but the last couple of months nothing is the same, the rice isn’t fluffy the food display is so bad and now there’s hair in my food and let’s not mention customer service. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but people pay their money for this.

Their customer service is very weak. The lady at the front desk with fake blonde hair is very rude and impolite. Food quality is also variable depending on the chef's mood; some days, it is ok, sometimes horrible.

worst service and not professional at all .honestly the lady at the front doesn’t look like she wants to be at work, no sense of general manners, looks like she’s being held against her will. spoke about us in farsi thinking we can’t understand after having a big catering order and regular customers weren’t getting their food they started pointing at us and saying it’s because of us ur food isn’t coming out. food wasn’t even worth 2 cents in the end. pathetic front counter behaviour it’s not hard to have a smile on your face at work some people need to go back to learning general manners i understand working in food is hard but a smile doesnt take much.

Sorry to give you one star but I dont have an option to give you less than that..First, they are in customer service business but their customer service is zero.Second we'have asked the plates per person but they didnt give enough plates by saying No.Third, we had kids and we were eating food and multiple peoples from restaurant keep coming and asking us to hurry up because its their closing time.Fifth, they closed the washroom so you cant wash your or your kids hands after eating.Sixth, food test is an average. One Item came when we were about to finish.Sorry to say but your behaviour was not good today, if you are closing at 9 then you should not let the customer in by 8 :30

Came highly recommended, one of the least expensive Persian restaurants with a definite family atmosphere. Not that many people work there and at peak times it can get quite busy with noticesble delays. The yoghurt drink here is amazing and the more stewy options as well as the grilled ones delicious. Onion and pita are complimentary...

Absolutely highly recommend this Persian restaurant, staff are super friendly (specially the new staff) and working very hard even though they are so busy but they always smile and welcoming with big smile, they double check if you ordered and happy with the food, quality of food is amazing with very generous portions, and reasonably priced, tasty BBQ tomatoes (even though they are so expensive in this season) juicy kebabs, BBQ chicken, lamb shank, all cooked to perfection, fresh large size onions and Lebanese bread on the side for free, considering the cost of living has hiked so badly, still the generosity of this restaurant unimaginably remains the same, just love it…unfortunately we live so far and can’t afford to travel every week otherwise we would eat here everyday…

The taste is super delicious, the portion is large and the rice portion is generous. The koobideh in the restaurant is especially delicious and must be ordered. Great Persian food, highly recommended Persian restaurant. The only downside is that the recent price hike has taken away the value
