Terrible customer service. They charged me twice for an online transaction and they have zero way of contacting anyone other than a call centre who can only advise to email their help email which itself has a delay of 3-5 business days. I will do everything I can to purchase school books in the future from anyone but them.

Ridiculous customer service. Can’t even get through on the phone. Either magically number 20 in the line every time or hangs up on you Been over a week with no notification of a click and collect order. Why can orders not go through to the store and then a staff member goes to the shelf and bada bing bada boom you have your order in days rather than picked in the warehouse then shipped to store. Not rocket science

Staff are very helpful, but everything is at recommended retail prices. Apart from the necessary school textbooks shop elsewhere for better prices. They are just too dear!☹️☹️

Books needed not in stock happens nearly every year. They should be aware how many books needed to cover for each year. Really sick if my children having to start school without the required books

If i could give no stars i would, worse service I've ever experienced. You would think a business would anticipate a busy period but no. This buisness has you on hold for over an hour. currently on hold and been at position 4 for the last 25 minutes. My books were not ready on time so i sorced them elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke, do not know why its being used by the school. Horrible horrible customer service nothing gets done.. The covid excuse is not good enough anymore, you've had 2 years to prep for this..Every other buisness deals with delays on a daily and still make things happen. Your busy period is now at the start of a new school year. This is not good enough.

I am absolutely disgusted at the impossible and garbage customer service.After a tech error ordering online, I used the only contact info I could find. It took days to get a response, and the response was to do the thing that was already failing. They also left me with a support phone number. The phone number had a recorded message telling me to order online. Unhelpful, useless, time consuming, and impossible. I do not recommend

No books for my sons start of school tomorrow as I did a click and collect and had no response via email or text and left emails as well as trying to get through on phone and nothing!!! Extremely disappointed

helpful staff in store. They had run out of 3 prescribed text books so had to order those online.....very easy and quick so no stress

Very good service and helpful staff. But with limited stock. :( Suggest to visit Nunawarding store directly!!!!!
