Great service, prompt response and good advice

It has been a pleasure to deal with Brendan and his team (John, Ben & Patrick). They were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing.

Blake who looked after our chimney rain cap was very professional and great to deal with. His no nonsense yet friendly work ethic was a pleasure to deal with. I got stuck on a work call but he explained all that he had done and key points to raise with my wife. Brendan on the front desk followed up when and found a way to ensure our job was actioned in a timely manner. The rain cap looks great as well. I will use them again when updating my fire box.

A rep from the company called following my request for a quote and was initially professional. It was the only time I was able to talk to the rep. I was told that a safety certificate was part of the chimney sweep. I had initially requested a quote to clean both the wood and a gas fireplace. Was informed that they could only issue safety certificate for the wood fireplace and hence had only the wood fireplace cleaned.The person who carried out the job of cleaning the chimney was very professional and did a good job.An invoice was sent after following up with them. However, even after multiple emails, calls and texts there has been no reply or update about a safety certificate.I paid the invoice and will not be using their services again. Poor customer service!

Spent $2500 and now can’t use chimney . Can get through to owner who says yes yes yes and comes through with nothing . I’ve given up wasting my time with these guys . Be warned and stay clear of them

I've used Brendan previously to clean out our chimney when we first bought the house in 2007. I arranged for him to come again to give the fireplace and flue a service after not using the fire for some years and can highly recommend Brendan and his offsider Tim for their professionalism and a job well done.

Rude, arrogant, and to be quite honest i think he was intoxicated when i spoke to him on the phone slurring his words, rain cap fell off in a wind storm and he wants to charge an extra $100 to refit the cap when it has to be removed anyways to do a chimney clean. I'll source out a more honest company thank.

John was friendly, clean and thorough. Taught me everything I need to know about our 1914 fireplaces and got us ready to have our first fires in our new home safely. Fair prices and great stories and knowledge!

I called up John at 12:30 and he and his team were over here by 2:30. Super responsive and came in under the quote he gave me on the phone which is always a lovely surprise.Looking forward to testing our fireplace again this evening. Thanks John
