X-Golf Townsville

Wow wow and wow!! Hubby and my son in absolute heaven. Thanks to Mai for showing them the set up, lovely and friendly. I sat back on lovely lounges and watched my boys have fun!

What a venue! Had so much fun, playing X-Golf and then sliding across to Hey Caddy. Food was good quality and the cocktails were awesome. Kids loved it. Thanks guys, the place is great for TSV.

Whilst my score card didn't read well, their wasn't anything wrong with the cold beer, pizza or friendly atmosphere at Tville Xgolf. (I would mention, perhaps a couple of the drivers could be in better shape and need replacing. They get a fair workout!)

Booked our work Christmas party here. Staff enjoyed the x-golf simulators. The food was good! Staff were helpful and friendly. Only thing was once our 2 hours was up you can stay at the venue but can't purchase anymore drinks due to their liquor licence.

I went here with some 2 friends, there is mini golf and golf simulator. The mini golf is expensive, its 15 mins of fun for 15 dollars. Bought a pizza for $19 but a staff member decided to round it up to $20. This isnt America, so trying to do automatic tips. They also put a ton of salt on the chips to get us to buy their expensive drinks ($9 non-alcoholic beverage) ($11 for a beer). No thanks. Then they said $20 each for the driving simulator so it would of been $60 in total but then decided to charge us $70 at the end. Same guy doing the charging. So don't know where the extra $10 came from probably trying to get more 'tips'. The actual golfing experience was ok but the extra charging and priced gouging left me feeling jaded and me and my friends said it was ok to try out once but we won't be coming back.

X-Golf hosted our work Christmas Party of 30 people. Very great service from the team and tasty food. The whole group enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to another visit to X-Golf!

Went here recently with some mates for a few drinks and slices of the ball. The accuracy of the simulators is insane and the staff are excellent. Value for money.

A great venue and the Staff are always very helpful. Always makes for a Great night / Day...

Dealt with a guy named Mitch. 0 customer service skills and a bad attitude. According to the other staff member he is a manager which was very surprising considering he spent more time on his phone and flirting with other female staff behind the counter than actually working. Not to mention the conversation that we overheard of him with another staff member talking about the multiple people he has dated recently - very professional. Probably one of the most awkward experiences we have had in a venue like this and wont be back or recommending.

First time and won’t be the last.Great atmosphere.Simulators are great fun! Great selection of drinks and bar food.Michael was an absolute legend, showing my wife and I the ropes and kept coming to check on us to make sure we were sweet and having a good time.Staff are great and helpful.But special shout out to Michael, thanks mate we had a blast and your customer service was exceptional.Will back back for sure.
