Cairns Fencing

I visited Cairns Fencing to get some ideas and price estimates on gates and the lady on the front counter was scowling at me throughout the whole interaction, she was rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. If you do internal staff training Cairns Fencing, first point of call would be to teach your front counter staff how to smile!

Contracted Cairns Fencing to install a pool fence consisting of colourbond, glass, treated pine and aluminum. Was told initially that it was a small job and wouldn't be a problem. The initial glass measurements were 3m short which was only discovered a couple of days before the install. The colourbond gate is not square as per the attached picture. The latch on the aluminum was installed backwards. The contractor who installed the fence was always complaining about the job. Their communication with clients was appalling. The job was supposed to be two days and it took three and half days. Apart from all that they were terrific. (sarcasm)

We had a colorbond boundary fence installed and found Cairns Fencing to be very communicative and helpful with our many questions. There was some delays due to Covid shortages, but we were very happy that Susanna kept us in the loop and the installed fence looks great!

Cairns Fencing installed my front yard timber panel side fences. Work was completed in 1 day by their installer. Very tidy job with the site cleaned of all waste and debris.

All staff were very helpful. we Just gave the fence measurements to Blake and he rustled up all the parts required while we waited. The workshop also cut poles while we waited. Will definitely use again.

Was a very difficult time to get a quote for a sliding electric gate in Cairns, the lady (leg tatts) at Cairns fencing didn't get of her seat to take my details, I called a week later to chase up the quote and the fella on the phone said it would take another 2 weeks. Poor service and professionalism.
