If I could give zero stars....all prospective guests should read the reviews on their Facebook page to read a few reviews about the owners of this place. My personal experience? It was when I enquired about a weekend stay and the owner Johanna" was quite rude on the phone when I asked a couple of reasonable questions so her attitude helped me decide... forget about staying here! The owners of Mt Martha B&B by the Sea nearby are the total opposite - very helpful

Beautiful accommodation, not overly big, but very nice indeed. Great location with ocean view. Clean too. Wonderful hosts, took the time to check on our elderly parents staying there for a few days, very appreciative ☺️

Very friendly host family; as close as possible to the esplanade for bay-wide views; the 'Eagle' room was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable for the three of us with brilliant views from the verandah. Located perfectly approx. 400m from the Mt. Martha village shopping.

Very nice accomodation. We stayed in the Eagle room which had a nice view of the bay and had a more space then the Dolphin rooms. The bed was super comfortable. If you feel like spenging all day in the room, a nice perk is having the foxtel and netflix. The rooms were also very clean. For the money i would prob stay again (Hoping for better weather though). The only feedback may be clearer clarification in the booking process for checking in.

Had a lovely weekend away at Mt Martha Villas. The room was absolutely beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the ocean, only a walk down the road. Sally is such a lovely host and was always happy to have a chat :). My Fiancé and I got engaged on our last night and Sally gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolate as we checked out. Very personal and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. Would highly recommend staying at Mt Martha Villas. 10 out of 10.

BEWARE - absolutely horrible customer service possible. I tried to cancel 3 nights accommodation 20 days prior to arrival date as my grandfather had passed away and we can not make the booking due to the funeral. Duncan was extremely rude and accused me of changing my mind. At no point was the cancellation policy stated to me. He finally offered to refund 2 nights but has not done so and quote “will do it in his own time”. Must be desperate to take money off people in difficult circumstances as he has obviously done before (wish I read some reviews on Facebook before booking)!

Room is very spacious with large bed. Bathroom is large and very well presented. Only issue is freezer section of the fridge was iced over which is fixable.
