Recently purchased a secondhand motherboard from Gumtree and decided to go to this store to find a core i5 cpu and 4gb ram. the guys went above and beyond to source The cpu and ram for me. they even bench tested the system for me.I also needed a monitor and the guys looked after me.Excellent customer service and will be going back when I need help or to upgrade

The guys at IT & Computers were able to retrieve photos I never thought I'd see again, from a hard drive. I am totally useless with tech but they were so helpful and explained things in a way I could understand. I am forever grateful.Thanks guys.

I have to say, THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!! I bought a Wi-Fi card at 11.30 in the morning and had install issues, gave the guys a call and Ashley said bring your machine in and we will get her up and running, and that is exactly what happened, and he fixed it for me on the same day because he knew I was doing some online gaming with my mates that night.I also enjoyed some quality chat time with all the guys working in this store, and worked out they listen to the customers and come up with idea's and solutions for PC enthusiasts needs. The guys have excellent knowledge on all aspects of the PC community, and it feels natural" to go to this store and have your PC goals understood by the guys! Not like the generic large store's that mass sell and mass produces PC's with out even meeting the customer and understanding what that person wants for a PC.Very good pricing for hardware components

awesome service, zero bs IT techs, got the cpu upgrade done really fast and professional, answered all my questions. 100 percent the best techs in the southern suburbs, travelled 90 mins just for these guys cause they know their stuff.

We have been using IT & Computers for a number of years now and have always had great service. Today we dropped our tower off before lunch and by the end of the day it was all fixed at a great price. Friendly knowledgeable staff . Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks.
