Very bad service! Ordered online and collect in store, the store manager called me next day and told me one item out of stock, and the order has been cancelled. The other 5 items if I still need it, I have to reorder again. I reorder it again in the same day, but the store cancelled my order again by mistake. Enough, I won't order from them again. What a terrible service.

Loved the service my son and I received today in this store. Even though it was school holidays and really busy, the staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful. They actually knew what they were talking about, and were keen to share information and answer questions, unlike so many other retail staff we encountered today! Highly recommend this store!

Save yourself the trouble of buying from this store and get it online or from the stores in Sydney. The most rude and unhelpful staff. Could not organize a credit or an exchange as it’s it too hard but the store in parramatta was so helpful that they are sending a replacement which was agreed in 10 minutes on the phone. The Canberra store would not give details or contact no for their manager as it would show up the unhelpful attitude of the girls working there. No wonder good brands don’t work in Canberra when the staff are so rubbish.
