5 start breaking down to Quality of Service from Sales Emma Xie, quality of internal building fit out, communication with Meriton Finance, assistant from lawyer recommended by Emma name Chloe & pre-settlement inspection service provided by construction team. Emma responded to my preference and offered multiple Floor Plan options before going up to the showroom at level 12. Her effort to email back and forth was much appreciated. Overall, the rest of team member are all easy to communicate with and very adoptive. Chloe is very experienced and her advice save me a lot $$. Very grateful for that! I am very busy at work, appreciate some of them returning my calls after business hours. Special thz to Emma communicating with other personnel for me whenever in need. I booked for a night and couldn’t sleep due to workers constantly walking in and out of my room thinking I won’t notice or hear them my bedroom door was closed and all I hear is my hotel door open and close multiple times not only that my $300 hair straightener was taken from my room alone with my Cartier bracelet I’ve let staff know about it and they continued to ignore me you would expect to get your money back or at least cover the items that were taken also when I was leaving in the morning. One of the cleaning ladies was standing right next to my door just on her phone standing thereI will be getting in contact with the manager because I would like my items back or cover the cost of the two items I’mVery disappointed and shocked of what I experienced I have been going to this hotel for a long time and did not expect that too happen I don’t even know what to say I would love to meet the person who didn’t have a problem taking my personal belongings
