The service received was exceptional. I sent a request via the website Sunday afternoon and received a call from Trevor the same day. The process for the pool leak detection was explained in detail on the phone and Trevor suggested checking my insurance coverage too which was a great help. Trevor and Sam were on-site within 36 hours, they kept me informed during the entire process, and gave options prior to completing works and were upfront about pricing. We contacted South East Leak Detection about a leak we had noticed with our pebblecrete pool. On the initial phone call, they thoroughly explained their methodology to locating the source of leaks, their service costs, and provided a list of initial things to check. Not finding anything obvious, we engaged their services. Trevor arrived promptly and explained that he was going to check the simple things first, and promptly found the source of the leak from the spider gasket, which we have ordered the parts for and arranged for the local pool shop to replace. Whilst there, Trevor also replaced the hydrostatic valve, and I agreed we may as well pressure test all the concealed plumbing,skimmer box, and lights for leaks. I found Trevor to be genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I haven't actually booked a service because we decided we'll wait for the outcome on a property I was thinking of buying. But just want to commend Trevor for really talking me through what could be wrong, all the various options etc. Amazing.

I was quoted by a different company for $3850 to install a new water line as they cannot find the leak and I was still charged for $365 for their labour. Trevor and Sam did a great job finding the leak underground and fixed it for me. Great service.
