I have been here twice now. First time I loved it. Staff were nice and my nails were beautiful. Second time staff were again so nice again BUT this second time I literally walked out with all but one finger bleeding. Toes were fine no issue there but getting my infills was a nightmare. She used a very skinny drillbit on my cuticles and literally kept going UNDER AND PULLING UP my cuticles with it to the point I now just have scabs around most of my nails. They are red Hot and swollen. I have kept them clean but the damage was already done. I keep washing them to keep them clean and applying ointment to get rid of this infection I have on pretty much all my fingers and it's so painful. I also have a pretty deep cut down the side of my thumb in the crease. Not sure how that was done. Maybe also from the drill. She seemed to like having it on max as it was going so fast it was burning.I do feel bad leaving this review because as I said the staff were really nice to me but I feel the need to warn/prepare others.

Please don't get your nails done there! Save yourself from hassle and wasting time there. They just don't care after they f'd up your nails. I had SNS, after 1 week they were all cracked. Had to go back for 3rd fix on 1 nail. They didnt care it was a different tone of colour.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! DO NOT USE. The worst nail salon ever,  I made booking for eye lashes extensions, waxing and nails as I have done it there before with the old owners. The new owners have no idea. I have been left with wax burns to both my eyes lids hopefully it does not scar. They are very unclean and demand cash for their services. I should have looked at the reviews before rebooking with new owners. The worst mistake ever, never again!

Would not recommend!!! Firstly I went to get shellac done on my toes and fingers, literally waited for over 45minutes to be attended to whilst others who had no appointments and walked in were getting served before me. They charged me $80 just to take off my sns and put on shellac (which they kept insinuating it was acrylic but it was not because I know what I got when I last went to the nail salon). When I called them up to ask about the pricing they kept raising their voice at me and not explaining their pricing properly. I didn’t even get a manicure OR pedicure and it was $80!!!To top it off they yelled at me and hung up the phone WHILST I was still talking. Horrible service, would not recommend.

I've good experiences both times I've been here. The shellac nails look great and employees didn't rush the process. Happy with the results.Just make sure to go with some extra time on hand.

really bad!!! the manager was doing my nails and did them extremely bad, nail polish on my hands, not the the right shape or colour. Over priced as well. service was really bad, the lady was very rude, she kept rolling her eyes at me and telling me i was a bad customer" i asked for oval in shape and a different colour

The first time I went here, they made me wait 3 hours to paint my nails with SNS. this was with no warning of any wait time, i understand nail shops have to multitask but it is not okay to make someone wait 3 hours to start their service and to drag it out even long she kept pretending to start me filing my nails making me wait 20 minutes then grinding again then made me wait another 20 and so on. the next time i went here i did not wait long although i was quite frustrated with the effort and care put into their work you don't pay 70$ for a service for the staff to sigh, become annoyed at your requests, and refuse your requests I get French tips and the lady refused to make it straight for me no matter times i kept asking her please. And all i asked was for her to file it abit more so it could be square and she refused so i did it when i got home it took me 5 seconds.
