I’m usually hesitant about getting facials but my experience getting a facial with Anastasia was so positive. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to my friends.

I can't recommend Anastasia enough! I have received multiple treatments from her, including facial, dermaplaning, eyebrow feather and brow wax & tint. Anastasia is very professional. She always takes the time to go through every treatment with me and answers all questions I have. Her salon is very clean and comfortable. The high quality of her service and products as well as her professional knowledge, is amazing and would highly recommend her.

I'm so happy I found this gem! Anastasia is so amazing!! She's extremely professional & makes you feel very comfortable. There's a great variety of treatments. I've tried quiet a few now but would have to say my favourite is eyebrows & lashes. Anastasia is definitely the eyebrow queen of Sydney!

Had a HD Brow service and a lash lift by Natalie. I was really disappointment, and embarrassed to be honest, with how my brows came out. They were a completely different shape to my natural brows and looked nothing like what was advertised on social media.Anastasia's lack of customer service and professionalism in managing the situation has been subpar at best and instead, made things worse than they needed to be. There wasn't even an acknowledgement or apology for being disappointed with my outcome. I'm writing this after she has decided to ignore my emails for the last week.I really wanted to like this place as this was my second visit, but they have lost my trust and I have no interest in paying money to a business that doesn't value its customers.
