You would think I’d stop ordering from here, I’m clearly too kind or stupid!Kids have a treat, either they send half the meal or forget ingredients in the burger! Either in drive through or delivery on app, actually getting the food you paid for is so hit and Miss!Yes I can get a refund through door dash, but not the point, pay for a service you should get it!Honestly packing food in a bag cannot be that hard!

When driving through the drive-through, I was very frustrated to discover very few items available to view on the menu screen. This is counterproductive for both customers and staff. It is time-consuming having to ask staff to read items, descriptions and prices. McDonald's should value their customers enough to allow them the opportunity to see what is available and choose for themselves. We also waited a long time in the drive-through bay just for a few simple items.

I didn't expect the food to be great, so I wasn't disappointed but the service wasn't very good. The toilet was broken and water was running constantly and the restrooms need to be cleaned and updated. It was filthy aside from the broken toilets. Staff also use this restroom, so how are they washing thier hands when there is no soap. I wasn't able to wash my hands either.

Go here all the time. Pretty good. As clean as you’d expect, good food, polite staff. Only got 9 nuggets this time but was great

Shame I have to post this on New Year's Day. This McDonalds needs to pick up their service and efficiency. Incredibly slow for fast food. Staff didn't serve dine in customers with a tray. Easy to disinfect and serve customer a new one. Vanilla Coke tasted like water, and I already got no ice. Ordering machine never has paper for receipts. Lady making coffees was more interested in chatting with her colleague and really not focused on the coffee making process. Very sloppy, then used her hand to wipe off excess coffee grounds. Now I know why the coffee is usually terrible. Not properly cleaned and pressed.Entering 2023 edit:Even during a quiet period, they had excess staff and the floor was littered with rubbish inside and out. The floor was constantly sticking to my shoes. Ordered a drink with NO ICE, had ice. Ordered a babychino, had no marshmallow, even though the guy said there was one.My burger was a sloppy mess, and the lettuce was really stale.Their hand sanitizer machine sprayed horizontally into my infant's eyes (they did provide a wet tissue to help) but probably no one will check the machine.There were no table numbers so I approached the front counter. Staff just avoid eye contact, while I awkwardly wait.. Happens at a lot of Mac Donalds. They just keep passing on responsibility, hoping that they won't have to be bothered. Might need some customer service training..With that all said, credit to some of the staff that show dedication to their work and friendly service.

Painfully slow customer service at nearly all times. Odds on this place is absolutely packed with school kids individually ordering single frozen cokes too.Always seem to get the right order but the food is usually mid at best.It's clean 50% of the time.

The staff here are good and friendly - cant fault them whatsoever.However the drive through line up is always a process. It is slower than going into the store and it happens every time.My last coffee I took one sip and it tasted like absolute watered down dirt. Worst coffee in my life.Usually didnt have a problem with this place because the staff are good but this store needs a massive improvement.

They struggled to get our last simple order correct but after a while I thought we'd try again for breakfast. Turns out meal deals don't come with hash browns, despite charging you for them.Just go elsewhere

McVomitThis Happy Valley store is one really bad McDonald's. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and when I went to eat it the so called chicken resembled almost burnt dried out hard chewy disks that I wouldn't want to feed to my dog. So I went back to the store, showed this to the so called manager and she said they would make another one. So I waited for a fresh one. When I drove off I went to eat it the new one wasn't much better. The so called grilled chicken was nothing like the grilled chicken that I had received with exactly the same order at other McDonald's stores, there is something grossly wrong with this McDonald's store.

My meal was delicious. The chicken was crispy and tender. The fries were delightful to my tastebuds. As a frequent to many McDonald’s stores I would say this is a good one and recommend going.
