Good cheap gym membership in the midst of the hubbub of Sydney Rd. Always felt safe inside as a young woman. There used to be some negative messaging about health around the place (in my opinion). But other than that if you wanna work out and can ignore those vibes, it’s perfect!

The Snap Fitness here is a small but cozy one. It is quite close to my house, so convenient for me. However, the management is not so good. There is a guy wearing almost nothing could be there for years, which caused both females & males here uncomfortable. I believe that staff could check by camera but looks like they dont care about the comfortableness of people training in this gym. It happened for quite a long time (years) therefore I decided to change the gym at the end, even though this gym is almost next to my door.

Highly recommend Snap Brunswick. The facilities are fantastic & the staff are very helpful & super friendly. 24HR access is great for those on a different schedule. If you’re looking for a gym in the Brunswick area, this is the one!

I've been a member of Snap Fitness Brunswick for a few years now and I'm so glad I joined! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Emma, in particular, has been a great help in getting me started and keeping me motivated. She's always willing to answer any questions I have and provide helpful advice. I highly recommend Snap Fitness Brunswick to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

I recently joined Snap Fitness Brunswick and it has been an incredible experience so far. The manager, Emma, and her staff are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like a valued member of the gym community.Emma's leadership and passion for fitness is contagious and her attention to detail is unmatched. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each and every member has a positive experience at the gym, and it shows in the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.The staff are also top-notch. They are knowledgeable, approachable and always willing to offer guidance and support. Whether I am looking for help with a new exercise or simply need a spotter, I know that I can count on them to be there for me.In addition to the excellent staff, the facilities at are second to none. The equipment is state-of-the-art and well-maintained, and the gym is always clean and organized. There is a great variety of classes offered as well, and I love that there is always something new to try.Overall, I would give Snap Fitness Brunswick a 5-star rating. I am grateful to be a member and can honestly say that it has been life-changing. If you're looking for a gym that offers top-notch facilities, exceptional staff and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further!

Such a brilliant space. The manager, Emma, really knows her stuff and is a warm and engaging host. I don't normally love gyms, but Snap Brunswick is really special, and has encouraged me to rethink my stance on this sort of exercise! Keep up the amazing work, Snap Brunnie.

Snap fitness Brunswick is such a great gym! The staff are super kind and helpful, the equipment is great and it’s got a good community feel! They have recently done a big upgrade so it looks amazing and has new equipment. Emma Prestige is a great, kind, warm and motivating PT who works there and supported me a lot! 5/5!

Have thoroughly enjoyed my time training here. I have tried many 24/7 gyms since being in Australia and would highly recommend Snap over others i.e anytime fitness and Goodlife for many reasons. This particular branch is a great example of what all snap fitness franchises should aspire to! I felt very welcomed as soon as I started training here and was pretty taken back by how supportive they team has been especially the manager Scott and personal trainer Rosie who I would highly recommend training with ! Plenty of space and a extensive array of equipment to suit pretty much any goal your working towards. Also no contract or hidden fees!

Recently joined Snap Fitness after being a member elsewhere with the same trainers. Really glad to have my old trainer-team back. I enjoy the classes - especially boxing - and the personal assistance with the gym equipment when i'm looking to change up my exercise routine.Thanks team!

We were members of this gym for 6 years and really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and flexible approach from management and staff… that was until their new staff member, Emma, joined. A brief run down of our experiences with Emma - denying broken machines that had been sticky taped together needed fixing and that holes in walls (that had been there for years) required repairs, Emma also made continuous basic admin errors including charging us when our memberships should have been paused, which took up a lot of our time to explain Snaps own direct debit cycles to her.We found that Emma’s bad mouthing previous management to be very unprofessional. We were the first members to show up to the gym when restrictions lifted by supporting Snap throughout the pandemic, and yet we were accused of not being community minded by Emma (who had been with Snap Brunswick by this stage for perhaps a month or two) because we weren’t happy to be charged for the week while the gym closed for remodelling. I should also make note that members were not given the option to opt in or decline paying while the gym was closed. It was assumed that all payments continued.The final straw was Emma holding our signed contracts to ransom (claiming they were stored in some random storage facility that apparently no one could get to for months while we were still expected to continue to pay). When we questioned whether we had agreed to the 28 day cancellation period upon sign up six years prior, and requested immediate cancellation we received the following response from Emma:‘I’m so happy to cancel you both out as it we (sic) make all of us happy.’The last few months of our membership were extremely toxic because of this one staff member, who showed no business acumen or gratitude for us as ongoing, long term members… and so we left. On the plus side, absolutely loving achieving PB’s at our new gym and have never been fitter, happier or healthier.Apart from writing this overdue review - we we haven’t looked back! Hopefully Snap Brunswick allow other staff members to take the reins when handling membership enquiries in future. Thanks - take care and be well!I’d like to also add as a response to the below reply that I have never, nor would I ever be disrespectful to anyone in the gym, staff or fellow members. I am confused as to why I’ve now been accused of this?The fact that you were waiting for this review speaks for itself, and being followed around while I completed my last work out at Snap would be quite evident of bullying and harassing behaviour. I held off on mentioning that until reading your response.I would also refrain from using quotation marks for statements that I did not make, and that you have no evidence of.Stating in writing that ‘The previous manager was not following protocol and did what he wanted and disregarded the rules with such matters’ is unprofessional and off putting. I have in writing that our contracts were held to ransom beyond December, into January, having initially been requested in November. I also suggest refraining from attempting to change the narrative and falsifying events. Stating that I didn’t specify which machine was broken is a clear example of this, as I sent you photographic evidence of exactly which machine required fixing and listed off the other machines in the gym that were unable to be used…Also for noting, we were not presented with evidence of our signed contracts, and do not feel that we were granted any favours. We asked to pause our membership for one week (requested prior to any knowledge of the remodelling, due to a compete lack of communication to gym members). Our experience was that of previous management being responsive and flexible with pausing memberships for one week at a time. Guess you could say they appreciated their members..?Above all, it’s no loss on our behalf, and we are glad to have made the change. I appreciate your reply as it’s provided some clarity in exactly why we cancelled.I can only hope this review will act as a strong warning for others.
