Cannot believe the lack of customer service in this shop. I have visited there 3 times over the last 3 months and not once during those 3 visits was I greeted as I walked around the store or approached to see if I needed any help. I thought the first visit it must have been just bad timing but then to have it happen another two times is unbelievable. Definitely won’t be going there again. Walked into the shop next door where the staff were fantastic and more than happy to assist.

Placed an order for a tv cabinet which was on B/O & its due date was the end of may. We wait patiently only calling in once to follow up at the end of may to be told its now the end of june. Unit arrived in july and with covid travel restrictions we chose not to collect it until there was a bit more freedom and mentioned this to the staffI got constant calls ask when i was going to pick it up even tho i said when restrictions ease we will collect it.

Highly recommend getting service by Denis in the store. He is very helpful. And moves floor stock well. The shop is very well set up with ideas. I loved the chalk board behind the counter. As well.we will be buying more from there. Well done Denis tjank you for uourgreat service.

We ordered an outdoor setting and advised we needed it by Easter otherwise we would not be willing to buy it. A phone call this week to follow up and of course our table had arrived but no chairs! Businesses should not make promises they cannot deliver on.
