From the welcoming warm staff, friendly faces, the compassion, experience and knowledge from Michael and Duncan it was an overwhelming good experience.The entire team put me at ease, guided me through every process including the risks that came with the procedure. I appreciated the honesty and the feedback knowing they were not just there for the “money” but my well being and experience.Communication throughout the process has been welcomed, my 100’s of questions answered with me never ever feeling like a burden or pain.Not only do I have an incredible smile but the confidence to walk into their practice with a smile instead of fear and tears. Dr Michael Sempf, Duncan and his team have been amazing. For someone who was scared of the dentist, Michael and his team have shown care and professionalism to me all the way down the line!!! After spending over $25,000 for upper all-on-4 dentist Michael Sempf on the final day of my teeth being put in said if l have any issue with them l will be charged more money to have them changed or to come back and see him.Also twice through the 5 month procedure Michael Sempf took me into a private room and said if l have any problems they do say no to people & not operate on them. This was very terrifying to think Michael was going to leave me with no teeth in my mouth after he had taken them out.What was already a traumatic experience having to replace my front teeth become even more traumatic.

On a whim I dropped into this surgery and I am so happy I did. Dr Michael gave me options I had not been offered elsewhere, definitely not in it for the money! His manner, with a very anxious patient, was top notch, understanding and listening to concerns. Amanda and Rebecca have been fantastic keeping in touch, not just before but after my initial treatment too. I could not have wished for better care through this procedure. I have no hesitation in referring anyone to this surgery.

I was stunned since the dentist told me I only have whole dentures or all-on-four options.I'm still young, so I wanted to choose all-on-four even if it's expensive, so I searched for clinics in Brisbane and Gold Coast and did about 4 X counselings.Many of those dentists were unreliable, such as ambiguous expressions of treatment costs.This treatment is a big decision that affects my life, and I didn't compromise on choosing a dentist because I would like to work with someone I can trust.At that time, I contacted GC Dental Solution and made a counseling appointment. The first thing that surprised me there is that the reception staff can give very accurate advice and answers.The clinic was bright with a modern design, and all the staff were friendly and I was able to relax right away.Dr. Michael explained it gently and politely, and told me all the options I have and what kind of cost it would be. And the amount didn't change until the end.I'm writing this message now on the second day after the all-on-four surgery. I removed 32 teeth both top and bottom then put a temporary bridge in it, but it's never hurt since the anesthesia woke up. And it doesn't swell as much as usual.I trust my choice was the best. To meet Dr. Michael and his wonderful team is one of the highlights of my life.If you are suffering from gum disease like me and think about all-on-four, I recommend to consult with GC Dental Solutions. I have had my share of Dentists during my lifetime and I have to say that I have never experienced a dentist like Michael. Professional, compassionate and caring. From the outset you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is just fantastic. You know you are receiving the best up to date dental care. I have all on four uppers and the entire operation was a breeze. I had local anesthetic for the extractions and implants and I was relaxed and had no discomfort. I have never experienced injections like this. Michael is a wizard. Had root canal treatment and once again just fantastic. Everything is explained to you and you know exactly what to expect. Thank you Michael and the team. Ten out of ten.

Safe to say after 13 years in the country I have had the best 2 dental experiences with Dr. Alexander McDonald in the last week.The Team agreed to stay back on a Friday afternoon till 15:30 even though usually close at 15:00 to help with my problem which I was grateful for.I then had to call them after a family emergency to say it would be 4 o'clock when I would arrive and I understood I would have to re-schedule my appointment to the following week.A Phone call back off Amanda 5 minutes later saying the team are happy to stay back speaks volumes about this practice and I was speechless!Dr. Alexander McDonald's due care, patience to giving options and answering any questions concerns is great to experience.They show you the procedure on the latest technology which I have never come across in a dental practice and is 2nd to none!!From walking through the door and being greeted by Amanda with huge smiles and well mannered sets the bar high and makes you feel very welcome!To having the work done by Dr. Alexander McDonald were nothing is to much effort and explained 100% along the way.I would also like to note on 2 different occasions he had Katie and Rylie on his corner and the team work was exceptional and relaxing and we all had a laugh. (not something i've ever experienced at a dentist!!)They address one another with manners which is huge thing for myself as a business owner and you can tell they have your best interest at heart when in the chair.The experience as a whole was 11/10 and everyone is happy which is great and sets the mood massively.KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING GUYS, AWESOME WORK AND MUCH APPRECIATED.GAZ (AND BOWIE! Dr Michael Sempf is a young leader in the use of dental technology. I highly recommend him as I have had three dental implants through him and they are better than the original teeth! And far superior to bridges I have had over my lifetime. His friendly team are also recommended for exemplary general dentistry. Michael is the best.

Michael Sempf and his team are exceptional. If you are after a good dentistthey are not it. They are great! The approach to my treatment and ultimate surgery of the implant is done so fluidly, painlessly, I cannot recommend them enough. Utterly professional.
