I actually haven’t met David but he’s serviced and changed my alarm system several occasions with my father letting him into my property.In fact he’s installed and serviced my father’s, brother’s and mine on several occasions.That’s standard for any system. But what separates David and business from the others are several fold:1. He remembers all his customers, even if he hasn’t seen them in ages.2. He cares and prides his workmanship.3. His costs are super competitive.4. Even though he’s always on the job, he’s prompt with returning calls.5. He’s always pleasant , polite and respectful.6. He knows his business inside out.Most of all he’s always happy to help out in an emergency. I have rung David desperate on several occasions when I cannot turn my alarm off or there is constant beeping. He answers at any time and invariably sorts out the issue remotely, and without charging for his time and expertise. Even when I ask, he says it’s part of the service as long as we get the job done.I believe that David goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks David for always coming to the rescue in desperate times.He may be Moss Vale Security but I know for a fact he services all around Sydney too.Clyne
