My family and I visited the store on Saturday to purchase a telescope. We had already had a look on the website and sort of had an idea of what we were looking for.We told the male staff member we had already been looking and sort knew what we wanted to get but required a little bit more information to know we were making the right purchase for our families needs.The male staff member (sorry I can't remember his name) was SO VERY informative, he knew exactly what he was talking about and we purchased a telescope that was perfect for our families needs.The male staff member also offered if we required any further assistance or advice to simply call the store and they would be able to help.He too was a stargazer, knew what he was talking about including recent star gazing events. We all came out super impressed that we had been able to purchase our telescope from someone that shared our new love for the planets and universe too.

Staff were knowledgeable on product, Only let down is communication in giving ETA and order updates. My partner ordered for my birthday (October) the clear colour of the weather cloud and pink and blue came in?? Had to wait a few more weeks for the clear. I had to chase this up as I was only notified when it came in. Even after picking it up I received calls to say it was awaiting collection. Minor set back easy fix.

A wonderfully magical place staffed by courteous, knowledgeable and helpful people. I find it a delightful experience just to visit and look around. And I found a telescope I fell in love with at first sight. Don't miss out. Go there soon.

I ordered 2 items on-line and they were available at the store, ready for pick up within a very short time. Less than an hour. The contact was quick and efficient, and the staff extremely helpful, and friendly. I had limited time when collecting, but again very efficient, and loved what I saw in the store. I will definitely go back.
