Truly terrible customer service from meet and greet staff. Focus is on processing rather than providing service. Staff member made me feel bad for slowing down her processes.Definitely need more customer service training. I never give bad reviews but this was awful.

Amazed that they have any customers left. 3 hour minimum wait or you can book an appointment for 2 weeks time.Forget it.

I had a very bad experience with Telstra NBN installing internet in my place that was scheduled on the day they supposed to install the internet but it never happens for a month now. It's frustrating how many times they set up a date and tell you it's happening for installation but when is it really going to happen, We even Cancelled our plans a few times now to wait for them. I just want people to be aware of that sort of situation where i am now and i can't really blame other's that had negative comments about Telstra. They literally need to do something better.

I had a great experience. The lady that assisted me was very helpful and able to explain things clearly. I guess the only required improvement for the service would be their telephone service. Its hard to reach them at times and your constantly ringing back wanting to speak with a staff but you keep getting told through the answering machine to leave your name and phone number and they will ring you back. Was wondering if there can be rotating staff (probably 2) minding the phones so that those seeking assistance over the phone can get assisted. In saying that, you guys are doing a great job. Thank you.

Absolutely USELESS! A simple thing like transferring home telstra account from my name to my ex wife's name after separation. Went to Telstra Canelands 4, FOUR times!!! Done all the paperwork,then told it's gonna be done again as they had no idea how to proceed! Every time we had to work around our work rosters to make it there,not easy thing to do. 4 bloody times! Took 3 weeks in total ,they crashed the system twice,finally been told accounts will switch to other user when next debit is due, automatically. Guess what! It's 2 days past that date and NOTHING CHANGED! FUMING! DONT EVER GO TO THAT USELESS SHOP!

If I could give a 0 I would. Even though I set up my husbands and my account over 2 years ago, they told me I couldn’t change anything on the account because I wasn’t authorised, oh and they made me wait 1.5hrs to tell me this! We had this issue a year ago and supposedly they fixed it, apparently not. And now I call customer service and they STILL can’t help me… how hard is it to activate an esim!

Let’s be honest, I have never had a good experience at Mackay canelands Telstra store. Very rude and awful service.
