Chris designed the renovation to our mid century pettit and sevitt place in loftus. We really wanted to keep the timeless mid century lines and iconic architecture of the era, but we also wanted something modern. At our site we had to contend with BAL-FZ bushfire rating so it was never going to be a copy and paste design for Chris.We are so glad that we had Chris on our side, he walked us though the compliance issues with BAL-FZ, worked with us to come up with a design that suited our family needs as well as kept the mid century design aspects that we desired.
