Start Pilates
I’ve done Pilates with Sam for over 8 years now - she’s a wonderful instructor. Sam is able to customise exercises to suit each client, even in a group class. I’ve appreciated this as we’ve worked on core strength to improve my posture and it’s made so much difference. I’d recommend Sam to anyone as she focuses on what your looking to improve and we have fun along the way!

Start Pilates
I've tried a lot of classes over the years (gym memberships, f45, boot camps) and I have to say studio pilates has been my favourite by far! Not only do the classes target, tone and work all areas of your body, the team at Albany Creek are so lovely and encouraging. I would highly recommending trying!

I can honestly say Sam is the most amazing Pilates instructor. She is professional, friendly and genuinely cares about her clients. Sam is always positive and encouraging and is able to adapt sessions to suit your individual needs. It’s a blessing to be taught by someone who has a genuine love of their craft.

6 weeks in and I am definitely stronger and leaner than I was before. I have been doing a mix of reformer, mat and boxilates and feel like every single session is making a huge different to my physical and mental health- highly recommend Sam and Start Pilates!

Sam is a fantastic pilates instructor. With her help I have made huge leaps towards my own personal goals. Not only does Sam run great one on one sessions but her enthusiasm is second to none when running group classes. I would definitely recommend Start Pilates.
