Shadi I appreciate your service, howeverI am a little disappointed with the communication.When I brought my heels in I was very clear that I needed them to look ‘brand new’ and you agreed to help me fix it.I wasn’t happy when I picked them up and found that still looked old and damaged.I would have appreciated the honesty from the beginning if this was something you couldn’t fix.You also mentioned replacing the heel, but didn’t clarify that it was actually just the heel tip you would be replacing.I think had there been transparency from the beginning I wouldn’t have been disappointed with the result.Apart from that thank you for the work you have done so far.

Been getting lots of keys cut here. Competitive prices to other repairs in the centro. Nice guy & very helpful.Recently i got a car keys with chip, for 50, or 75, or for a green giant to duplicate the chip as well. Waiting time? Said give me 30 min. I came back after 30, been waiting. I understand it is a busy day. Now it is 61 minutes. And another lady came in asking to cut her keys just like me. If i was told it is an hour, or 2 hours; no problem. I’ll go do other stuff & come back. Need to work on the waiting time.

I went here to get a new shoe lace hole put in my boot as the old one had broken, the metal ring came out. I needed a new metal ring. The young man there was friendly & professional. He told me he could fix it for me, the shopping centre closed in a hour & this was a Sunday. I asked if he could get it done the same day & he said yes. It will cost me $15. I returned back to him after about 45 mins & the shoe was fixed, I was extremely happy with this outcome as these boots were still in good condition & had plenty of wear to go, I give the shoe shop 5 stars out of 5

Very reliable, quick service. Has fixed for me multiple car keys and I don't take my shoes anywhere else.
