Absolutely useless. My boyfriend has been homeless for weeks sleeping in his car and he was sent into cafs. Well they said they’d help him with housing situation which all they did was give him a hotel for 3 nights then told him they’d help him after the 3 days. He went into his appointment and they said they couldn’t do anything and that him sleeping in his car is not their problem. They portray themselves as ‘caring’ and ‘helping’ people but in reality they had no sympathy at all.
