The workmanship was 5 stars but this score reflects the overall experience. Unfortunately the delivery date to get our vehicle back was pushed back a few days and we were only notified via text message. It would have been nice to have received a phone call instead explaining the reasons as to why. We had to move some other things around as a consequence and had we know there was a risk of late delivery would have sought a hire car as part of the insurance claim. There was also no handover upon picking up the vehicle to ensure we were satisfied with the work (which again to be clear was top notch).

They did my insurance job really professionally however they also worked around the car upholstery guys and saved me a around trip / having another day without the car. On top of this, they ordered an extra part for me at really low cost (wholesale?...). THANKS SO MUCH!

Douglas & Miller did a great job on my car, thank you. The staff were efficient and friendly to me however as I was waiting there for roughly around 20 minutes I noticed that their work environment wasn't the best. This young girl at the counter called Monique was great, unsure if she is new or not but they way the staff treated her was unacceptable. It doesn't matter if she did something wrong or right she shouldn't be treated that way by anybody. Take care of your work staff thanks.

I told Suncorp that I wanted to use Douglas & Miller body repairs because I didn't like the reviews on the one they recommended to me, Douglas & Miller told me 3 days to do the repair and they did it in 1.5 days and the job was perfect. I highly recommend this company

Picked up my car today after having the accident back in Feb and letting another place try fix it twice before Douglas and Miller but then I told Suncorp I'm taking it to these guys. Best decision ever !!!! My car looks amazing and as good as brand new again !!! Im so happy .... its all I could ask for !!!! Thanks guys. Will recommend you to everyone I speak to.

Recently, Douglas & Miller put in a new radiator & replaced the front bumper, where accident impact occurred. They also exchanged a malfunctioning hazard & indicator light thingy & worked with my insurance company. They did this well & in great time. Thank-you
