Had Biancia do my Diath ear piecings in both ears. She was excellent and i would absolutely recommend her. I found her helpful and professional.

Just sharing my journey from the time I first sat down in the chair with my hairdresser Olivia - not only observing the care she took to get my hair back into colour condition but noticing the great team work, positive chit chat and assurance to come back if I wasn’t happy ! Well done team and management !

I went in just the other week to get my septum pierced for my birthday, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, piercing area very clean with everything being sterilised and it was so quick it didn’t even hurt, definitely coming back for another piercing soon 10/10 recommend

Got my n*ps done here whilst on holiday. Both were pierced too far down and the left one was pierced way too deeply and through the surrounding skin. After two weeks of proper aftercare the left was very infected and swollen, went to my local piercer as I was home again and was told to take out immediately as it would not heal properly and would swallow the ball.I called the store for a refund and was very nice about it as I knew it wasn’t the girl on the other ends fault. She responded with rudeness and a lot of long silences and “mhmmms” as if doubting me. It was very condescending. At no point did she say sorry for their error or seem apologetic at all. She then said they would do the refund just this once even though they usually wouldn’t, but also started saying that of course my local piercer would say it was bad because they’d want to bring down their competitors. Which I think is not at all a true thing to suggest and also made it seem like she did not believe they had made an error? My piercer at home didn’t even ask where I’d gotten it done as well. Was very disappointing. Low quality piercing and lack of customer service, would not recommend.

Ive been here before a few times, either to buy hair products or to get my hair done. The hairdressers are friendly and accommodating. Pretty decent business overall, though slightly pricey

Recently had a piercing done by Bree, the customer service, cleanliness of her workspace and knowledge about the piercing and the aftercare was well about what I have experienced elsewhere.Will defiantly be coming back again and again, highly recommend.
