Practicing Yoga has been one of the most beautiful and amazing experiences.I've been taking classes with Vanessa and am SO glad I did! Its been such a joy to have more direction and encouragement. I highly recommend visiting Satya Yoga if you are looking for a fun, friendly and helpful environment!

I love Vanessa's classes, she is a patience teacher. She is very passionate which brings out the best in everybody. I always feel my muscle pain was gone and peaceful after each and every class. Would highly recommend who is interested yoga.

Have to love that people come here and call those who live here intolerant, yet these people come here and refuse to assimilate. Teaching in only one language is pretty limiting, exclusive and rude, seeing as a majority in Australia speak English. I’d avoid if you want something that’s inclusive for all.

This is genuinely the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The teacher is kind and attentive and really care about their students.You absolutely must attend if you can.I could not recommend this studio higher.

This yoga studio is a gem! Vanessa the instructor definitely knows how to get the best out of everyone:)Posture and strength has definitely improved since I started with her.
