Worst experience I've had at any ANZ branch ever! No assistance or customer service at all and not willing to assist you with anything. They were only interested in making $10 than losing us as a customer.

Huss Elmaoula /Home and Investment Lending Manager is the best ANZ bank manager I have ever dealt with. He exceeds in his kindness and support. Huss Elmaoula puts in some much time and effort to make sure tasks are complete. He maintains regular communication and answers my calls even outside of work hours. Regardless of my 3 active children with me, she was very patient, pleasant, helpful and welcome. I feel very comfortable with her assistance. I went down to ANZ Roxburgh Park to set up an account. I was served by Carol, she is a lovely woman. It was quick and pretty straight forward saved my time. All staff that I met are really friendly.
